Contracts Inc, is ran by THE OVERSEERS, which assigns each operative to his or her assignments that must be accomplished to the letter without being seen or captured. Contracts Inc, is ran under very harsh and strict rules that every operative including overseers are sworn to uphold.

Contracts Inc, has branded each member with a symbol. The Henchmen were assigned roman numerals which are displayed in bar code on the side of their necks which allows them to operate their suits, communication devices and weaponry. That same roman numeral is displayed on the forehead in the center of the mask.
